A born and raised Calgarian, Kaitlyn completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with Honors at the University of Calgary in 2014. She then went on to complete the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Alberta. After graduating, Kaitlyn began her career working in orthopedic private practice. She developed an interest in Women’s and Pelvic Health early on in her career and is passionate about helping women with various pelvic dysfunction throughout pregnancy and the post-partum period to reach their treatment goals.

Kaitlyn takes an integrative approach in her treatment. She completed her pelvic health training through Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1-3. She has completed training in Hypopressive Low Pressure Fitness as well as Röst Therapy for pelvic girdle pain. Kaitlyn is also certified in Functional Dry Needling. She hopes to complete training in STOTT Pilates mat and reformer in the near future.

Outside of the clinic Kaitlyn enjoys hiking in the mountains, yoga and spending time with family and friends.
