As per Federal regulations, unvaccinated adults and children 5 -11 (who were not accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult during their travels) are asked not to attend our office until their 14 day quarantine period ends.
Any international traveller who tests positive or has symptoms of COVID-19 upon entry into Canada are asked not to attend our office until their 10 day isolation period ends, even if this time is above current provincial isolation guidelines.

Stay home if you are feeling unwell, have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19 until you are symptom-free or when your isolation period ends, whichever is longer. This would include not attending an in-person appointment at our Clinic or Studio during this time.
Virtual Telehealth appointments are a great option to continue with your physiotherapy or naturopathic medicine care.

Premier Kenney and Minister Copping announced on February 26, 2022 that patients are still required to wear masks when accessing health services and that patients should expect that they may be asked to wear a mask when accessing community-based health services, such as physiotherapy clinics.
Lakeview Physiotherapy Clinic and Movement Studio have been implementing masks since May 2020 and will continue to have all staff and practitioners mask continuously. Due to the nature of our services providing direct personal care in close physical contact, we strongly encourage all clients to wear face masks when inside the Clinic and Studio. You may wear your own mask or we will provide one for you free of charge.
Telehealth is an alternative option to see your Physiotherapist or Naturopathic Doctor.
For every client and staff member, we screen for COVID-19 symptoms before attending. As a client, you will be emailed a COVID survey 2 hours before your appointment. Please complete this every time you have an in-person appointment. Please hand sanitize prior to proceeding into the office. Our front desk staff can help you with contactless payment and booking.
Between client visits, we clean and disinfect our treatment tables, chairs, and equipment.
