Rather, your nutritionist will work with you to make achievable changes to your diet and lifestyle, including educating you on the causes of your symptoms and the role that food can play in mitigating them. Your Holistic Nutritionist will spend time explaining why they are making individual recommendations in a way that makes you an active participant in your own health and wellbeing.

80 min - Initial visit to collect and review your information provided on the intake form and discuss your nutritional goals. We will go over your current lifestyle, diet, and any current challenges you may be facing. Additional paid nutrition plan options will also be discussed.
70 min - Appointment to discuss findings from the initial appointment and provide ways you can modify your diet and lifestyle to help improve your health outcomes. This appointment is education-focused, with a goal to empower you to make educated choices and to understand the pathologies/imbalances that you may are dealing with and how food can influence those pathologies. Includes 8 weeks of email support.
