Inna graduated in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. That same year, her passion for movement led her to begin her certification in Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Education in Miami, FL. In 2007, she opened her Pilates studio in Natal, Brazil, and since then, she has dedicated her career to merging rehabilitation science with the art of Pilates. She treats a wide range of conditions, including spinal issues, chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, pre- and post-orthopedic surgeries, and neurological conditions like Parkinson’s, spinal cord injuries, stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis and more. Inna works with diverse populations, such as pregnant and post-natal women, seniors, and athletes, focusing on fall prevention and injury prevention.
After moving to Canada in 2018, Inna continued her work, helping people improve their movement and independence in daily life. She is also a skilled manual therapist, knowledgeable in exercise prescription and Hypopressives, and is currently pursuing certification in Dry Needling through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI).
In addition to English, she speaks Portuguese and Spanish, and she enjoys exploring the world and meeting new people in her spare time.
