Clinical Pilates Is a Challenging, Guided Exercise Program That Builds Strength & Promotes Recovery.

Clinical Pilates is a goal directed rehabilitation program taught by a physiotherapist. The individual client is assessed, and key issues and dysfunctional patterns are identified. Exercises can be carefully applied to clients with their specific injuries in mind.

With clinical Pilates, you get the best of both worlds with a physiotherapist who is trained in evaluating and treating injuries as well as using state of the art equipment such as the Reformer to provide you with a progressive, safe, yet challenging and functional exercise program.
