Karin is passionate about physiotherapy. She has an MSc in Rehabilitation Science and a BSc in Physiotherapy along with certifications in anatomical acupuncture, Gunn IMS, and Pain Science. She continually updates her knowledge and skills through education in orthopedic manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other clinical techniques.
Karin worked for 20 years in rural healthcare centres providing care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions and has a special interest in infant, child, and youth development. She has a diverse skill set and a gentle approach to helping her patients reach their goals.
In addition to patient care, Karin also works as a clinical instructor and researcher. She is mother to 2 teenagers and a goofy labradoodle. When she is not working or parenting, you can find Karin exploring the outdoors while running, skiing, biking, or backcountry camping.
