Andrée is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 1998. She dedicated her career to promoting physical and mental well-being through supported therapeutic techniques. After taking a career break to raise her three children, she has returned to practice with a renewed focus on helping clients achieve optimal health. Utilizing a combination of modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release, Andrée addresses various musculoskeletal health concerns. Research has consistently shown that massage therapy can have significant benefits, including pain relief, improved circulation, reduced stress response, reduced inflammation, and improved range of motion.
Outside of her professional life, Andrée co-founded an Alberta-based grassroots literacy and advocacy organization for dyslexia, combining her passion for education and community support. Raised in a family with a long history of chiropractors and massage therapists, Andree has always been inspired by a legacy of healthcare and wellness.
Andrée is also a hockey and ringette mom. She stays active and enjoys jogging, strength training, downhill skiing, and walking Sunny, the family’s golden retriever.
